In short, all the actors are “forced”<\/strong> to collaborate if we want to solve the problems that affect us. And, fortunately, it seems that the focus on this issue has already begun to change.<\/p>\n

The difference that this program makes is the assumption of a high degree of individual responsibility, <\/strong>marked by the role adopted in the work that results in a more efficient group responsibility<\/strong>, which will especially contribute to the reinforcement of teamwork and the generation of an excellent work environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>
